Much of our equipment is bespoke and has been created to match the requirements of a card manufacturer and mailer – including an extensive range of match and mount systems. This makes us unique.

Laser printing – of the highest quality is used throughout our operations for the personalilsation, customisation and overprinting of both letters and other promotion items included in the mailing pack. We can offer sheet-fed or continuous solution both simplex and duplex lasered.

Trimming folding and merging – using continuous stationery, we have the ability to merge and fold from A3 down to A6 – even nesting items where required. Inline trimming and perfing is also offered if required.

Match mounting – our equipment reads card encoded data and matches it to lasered carriers which are then camera verified and can be matched with other items required for completion of the pack.

Enclosing – Thames Card Technology offers completely automated enclosing systems to complete the pack, many of which are OCR driven. Of course, if the job requires it, we have a team who can hand enclose as well.
